Based on extensive field testing and training standards,the purchase of only Premo Fireball Spheres is warranted. Premo Fire Ignition balls arecurrently only available from Fire Ignition Resources, LLC. The anticipated award date is July 31, 2024. The North American Industry ClassificationSystem (NAICS) for this requirement is 332994 and the size standard is 1,000 employees.A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement was based onmarket research. A solicitation will not be issued. Oral communications are notacceptable in response to this notice.
