## Description

The intent and purpose of this contract is to provide janitorial services in accordance with standard industry practices and the specifications contained herein. The property is located at the Jemez Ranger District Office, Fire building and Warehouse. Offices are located at 11 Forest Lane, Santa Fe, NM 87508. Contract will include a base plus 2 option years.
