## Description

PLEASE OPEN THE FULL RFQ document for more information. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, effective 30 January 2026. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 624190, which has a size standard of 16 million. All interested parties must be registered as a small business under this NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be considered for award.

The resulting award from this RFQ will be a single-award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance includes a twelve (12)?month base period, followed by four (4) additional twelve?month option periods. The Government also reserves the right to extend services for up to an additional six (6) months under FAR 52.217?8, Option to Extend Services.

If all option periods and the extension under FAR 52.217?8 are exercised, the total potential period of performance will be up to five (5) years and six (6) months. This structure provides continuity of operations while allowing the Government flexibility to meet evolving mission requirements. The Peace Corps contemplates award of a single FFP Delivery Order resulting from this RFQ.

However, the Government is in no way obligated to make an award, nor to pay any costs incurred by the Contractor in preparing and submitting its quote. PLEASE OPEN THE FULL RFQ document for more information.
