(AISES), 6321 Riverside Plaza LN NW STE A, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87120-2641 for the AISES Annual Conference sponsorship which takes place October 3 - 5, 2024. The purpose of this contract is to leverage recruitment, diversity & outreach, networking & partnerships, brand visibility, and talent acquisition to showcase Peace Corps to reach a critical segment of the Hispanic and Native American STEM market. The conference draws more than 2,300 individuals from across the United States, Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii. Participants include administrators, faculty, staff, and students from AISES-member institutions, national colleges and universities, trustees, corporations, community organizations, federal and state agencies, and Native elders. The AISES conference is an excellent venue for brand awareness, lead engagement, and connecting with influencers. The Government intends to procure this requirement under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) – Contracting Officers may solicit one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES nor a solicitation of offers. However, the Government will consider written responses from all responsible sources by noon Washington DC local time May 23, 2024.
