The purpose of this contract is to leverage recruitment, diversity & outreach, networking & partnerships, brand visibility, and talent acquisition to showcase Peace Corps to reach a critical segment of the Black/African American Market. The Classic draws more than 30,000 attendees annually from across the United States including HBCU students, faculty, administrators, staff, and community members. The HBCU NY Classic is an excellent venue for lead generation, lead engagement, brand awareness, and connecting with influencers. Moreover, the Classic serves as a uniquely timed opportunity to kick-off the agency’s planned 2024 Fall HBCU Mobile Experience Tour. The Government intends to procure this requirement under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) – Contracting Officers may solicit one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES nor a solicitation of offers.
