Due to the proprietary nature of the software, the work can only be performed by the original vendor and will be a follow-on contract for maintenance for a one year contract. This sole source procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 – only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements.
