## Description

The USDA Forest Service intends to solicit and award a non-competitive, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Bloomberg Industry Inc. to allow call orders for subscriptions to access its Bloomberg Government Legal Affairs and Legislation Suite. These subscription services are to be available through call orders under the resulting BPA to the USDA Forest Service, Legal and Legislative Affairs Program, Washington Office, Washington, District of Columbia, for a total of five years.

Bloomberg Industry Inc. is the only known source to provide the required subscriptions to Bloomberg Government. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
