Providers must respond timely to solicitation deadlines, noted on each RFP, and clearly show that (1) they have existing office space within the required catchment area; (2) they can provide the required services, (3) such services will be provided by certified, licensed professionals with experience in such treatment, and (4) prices of such treatment shall be as low as, or lower than, those charged to the treatment provider's most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions. NOTE: Proposals will only be accepted utilizing the posted RFPs.
