All cost to include but not limit to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, and transportation. CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS The Contractor is required to provide continuity of support for the existing system while allowing sufficient time to assess and develop the agency’s emerging expansion needs. These services include maintenance and support of its Event Management System – Enterprise (EMSE) The period of performance for this effort will be a 1 base year period.
