Emerson, LLLP is the only authorized/certified provider for The Fork Viscosity Meter (FVM) Model: FVM11C740EAC22FCEZZZ. The associated NAICS code: 334513, PSC Code: H166. EMERSON Fork Viscosity Meter (FVM) Model: FVM11C740EAC22FCEZZZ, was identified to meet all criteria to effectively operate in the Airtanker Base Plumbing System. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Priced purchase order. It is the Government's belief that only Emerson LLLP possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is also the Government's intention to negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
