The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC), in conjunction with the National Conservation Resource Service (NRCS), Minnesota State Office intends to award a sole source purchase order to Frontier Precision, Inc for Trimble Products. FPAC requires Trimble products with warranty and repair services for the products listed in the attachment. The requirement also includes a trade-in of existing government owned equipment. See attachments for requirement details The proposed contract action is for commercial items for which the Government intends to solicit in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) 13.5, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) for this acquisition is: 334511 Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes, however, if any other interested party believes that it can provide the required products, it may submit a statement of capabilities. Capability statements must display sufficient detail and evidence to determine if the party has the ability to provide the required products.
