## Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Wildlife Services (WS) intends to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for avian backpack transmitters. This acquisition will be performed using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures. This procurement will be conducted as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 334220. The intent is to award one fixed price IDIQ with five ordering periods.
