## Description

SOLE SOURCE Preventive maintenance work and safety system testing and verification to be performed on one (1) FTS (Foss Therapy Services) model 484F-C Cobalt-60 Irradiation Facility. Two (2) service visits to be performed each year, one during the off-season (between Thanksgiving and Valentine’s Day), and the other approximately 6 months later, but in all cases the specific dates will be coordinated with Phoenix Rearing Facility (PRF) personnel based on operational constraints.
