The wireless network is envisioned to be comprised of several remote base stations supporting appropriate wireless technologies to enable communications with existing collars and backhaul communications to cloud-based web services. Requirements: See attachment for additional information. Responses to this Sources Sought notice will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources including any Small Businesses. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Any organization responding to this Sources Sought notice should ensure that its response defines how it can specifically meet the specifications / technical requirements (in the attachment), provide a SAM.gov UEI number, state place of manufacture of virtual fence collars, and identify if you are a large business or a small business with NAICS code of 334220.
