## Description

The US Forest Service intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source award to Helifire, LLC dba Field Support Services 3039 Amwiler Rd. STE 128, Atlanta, GA 30360 for Aerial Ignition Spheres. Helifire is the sole distributer for HEI Products. These Ignition Spheres are the only approved products that can be used with HEI Launchers. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1) The anticipated award date is Febraury 9,2024.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 332994 and the size standard is 1,0000 employees. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement was based market research. A solicitation will not be issued. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
