C. Period of Performance The effective period of the contract shall be Feburary 15, 2024 – September 30, 2025. The period encompasses the time of contract award to completion of bait cartridge production, delivery, and ground support for deployment. F. Location of Service Ground support will occur near the HMU site on AAFB on Guam at the designated helicopter landing zone.
