The source is providing identical kits to each of these collaborating agencies and consistency is required across the project. This is a Notice of intent to issue a Sole Source Proposed Contract Action under the FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
