## Description

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to determine if other companies are capable of manufacturing (or legitimately obtaining) the following item: 2915-012083254, Filter Element, Fluid. This item is currently manufactured by Pall Aeropower Corporation (Cage 18350). The Weapon System Designator Code is 19F. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational purposes only.

This is not a request for an offer. This does not constitute as a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary.

Since this is a source controlled item, DLA cannot approve sources for this item. If your company is interested in qualifying their product for purposes of future acquisitions you must contact the design control activity specified on the source control drawing. In this case, that is Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation, Cage 99167. Responses to this sources sought notice must be received by May 06, 2024, 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
