## Description

The Louisville District intends to enter into a sole-source procurement in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). This action is to set procurement for annual software maintenance for Teledyne CARIS and SevenCs (7Cs) software (30 September 2025 to 29 September 2026).

Software maintenance for the current year expires on 29 September 2025. This is software maintenance on existing software being utilized for the maintenance of Inland Electronic Navigational Charts (Inland ENC) and for the acquisition of new software for quality assurance of the Inland ENCs. Although software exists for producing Electronic Navigational Charts (ENC), there are no other software packages on the market capable of producing and performing quality assurance on Inland ENC.
