## Description

The Office of Naval Intelligence, Washington, DC, intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-3 and FAR 6.302-1(b)(ii). The proposed source is Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc., (ERSI), Redlands, CA. The procurement is for one year. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the tailored proprietary platform which provides proprietary ArcGIS Support Maintenance for the civilian and military workforce.
