## Description

The Air Force Research Laboratory Sensors Directorate (AFRL/RY) at WPAFB has a requirement to obtain additional Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS).

**NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE:** The NAICS Code is 541990. Air Force Research Lab (AFRL/PZLEQ), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 – 10 USC 3204(a)(1) to Credence Manaagment Solutions Limited Liability Company.

The United States Air Force (the Government) intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Contract to a Single Source, Credence Management Solutions Limited Liability Company, Inc. The period of performance will be from 1 July 2025 to 2 March 2026. Reason for Single Source: A contractor without the knowledge, experience, and capabilities required could not successfully continue the program's current needs without a disruption of service, duplication of efforts, transition delays, and/or increased costs.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government for the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The government deemed this a single source Any responses should be e-mailed to the buyer at Dionne.Franklin@us.af.mil no later than 25 June 2025 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. Only responses received by this date will be considered.

All questions should be directed to the buyer at Dionne.Franklin@us.af.mil. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads “STAAS Bridge Contract.” Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files). Therefore, if this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters.

Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson AFB. If sending attachments with e-mail, ensure only .PDF, .doc, docx, xls, or .xsls documents are sent. The e-mail filter may delete any other form of attachments.
