Deadline was January 3, 2025 at 4:00 PM EST - Department: Department of the Air Force - Agency: Department of the Air Force - Contracting office: FA2330 Arspc MGNT Systms Aflcmc/Hba (FA2330) - Place of performance: Missouri - First posted: December 17, 2024 - Last posted: December 17, 2024 - SAM.gov: https://sam.gov/workspace/contract/opp/0b972a0cf32942e780fa8e9dd93f70d8/view ## Description This synopsis, IAW FAR 5.201, is to announce that the Air Force Life Cycle Materiel Command (AFLCMC), Electronic Systems Directorate (HB), Aerospace Management Systems Division - Weather Systems Branch (HBAW) and Contracting Branch (HBAK), Hanscom AFB, MA, intends to solicit and negotiate an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and related Delivery/Task Orders, on a sole source basis, with EWR Radar Systems, Inc. The statutory authority for this effort is 10 USC 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source - No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements (FAR 6.302-1). The resulting IDIQ contract will have a maximum ordering period of four and a half years (4.5 years) for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) support and Special Projects for USAF's Portable Doppler Radar systems (PDR) with EWR. This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Proposal and is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Additionally, this synopsis does NOT restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach or foreign participation. The Government will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in response to this NOCA.
