The statutory authority for this effort is 10 USC 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source - No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements (FAR 6.302-1). The resulting IDIQ contract will have a maximum ordering period of four and a half years (4.5 years) for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) support and Special Projects for USAF's Portable Doppler Radar systems (PDR) with EWR. This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Proposal and is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Additionally, this synopsis does NOT restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach or foreign participation. The Government will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in response to this NOCA.
