## Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to W.E.L. Instruments for microscopes that can get customed designed to fit program unique research needs. These microscopes will be utilized for blunt tissue dissection, teaching, and have the capability to continue prior research of hanging microvessels.

Other sources sell these microscopes, but this source is the same one that program's collaborators utilize and can get specific custom designs due to prior knowledge of our unique requirements. The microscopes could be directly purchased from Zeiss but will need specific customization to enable live demonstration of tissue collection or vessel hangin.
