## Description

The Train-the-Trainer Bootcamp must be relevant and usable for the trainers and permit application to the specific content and audience, as well as provide a variety of practical and creative training techniques that have ease of application and positive impact on participants. The workshop enables the participant to update/revise training curricula using interactive techniques and strategies. The training will be an in-person, instructor-led course at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.

Training methodology must 1) leverage best practices in adult learning to maximize understanding; 2) provide a framework and process to apply existing curricula and evidence-based content enabling the creation and facilitation of engaging learning experiences; 3) emphasize outcomes of the assessment to meet goals and support audience needs and leaning types; and 4) provide resources to implement and sustain participation-centered training methodology across disciplines, agencies, and time.

Immediate application of these techniques is critical to support resilience and violence prevention training, soft skills/foundation training, and other already established curricula presented by helping agencies. Please see SOW for additional information.
