## Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI) for industry information. This RFI is open to all vendors. See the attached documents (3) for the project description and response instructions. Responses shall be provided on the attached Excel response template.

**(Update:** the IRS responses to the Q&A is attached, as well an updated version of the Draft PWS). To assist the IRS, Office of Technology Strategy Management (TSM) in its mission, the IRS requires professional expertise to provide end to-end support to improve its Digital Ops competency and provide a full range of development and associated services necessary to plan, coordinate and execute technical and strategic approaches in alignment with requirements and scheduling demands for the TSM delivery partners and other business stakeholders.
