## Description

The purpose of this statement of work (SOW) is to acquire expert Federal retirement and benefit counseling services along with benefit processing services to support the National Programs Division (NPD), Retirement and Benefits Advisory Services (RABAS) Branch, located in Washington DC. The RABAS Branch currently services over 66,000 CBP law enforcement and mission support employees.
