Construction methods utilized within operational medical treatment facilities require rigorous adherence to military medical standards, strict infection control procedures, and the employment of interim life-safety measures to ensure zero disruption to ongoing trauma, surgical, and clinical treatments. The sole source determination is based on the contractors being the only eligible companies that can deliver the desired expertise without unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency’s requirements. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may express their interest; accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Specialist no later than 13 August 2026, 1500 CDT.
