## Description

**Substance Use Treatment/Urine Collection:** required services may include, but are not limited to, Substance Use Assessments and Substance Use Counseling (individual, group, and/or family).

0540-2026-0034 Substance Use Treatment for East Collin County, Texas soley including the zip codes of 75002 and 75069 within Collin County The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas intends to procure treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision using Blanket Purchase Agreements.

Agreements are for the period beginning October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026, with a provision for the Government to unilaterally extend the agreement in accordance with Section I, Clause 2-90D, Option to Extend the Term, for an additional four years, at four twelve-month intervals. Interested offerors should send a notice of interest that includes the offeror’s name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address to TXEPml_treatment_services_team@txep.uscourts.gov.

On or after June 24th 2025, Request for Proposals (RFP) will be posted on the agency’s web page at www.txep.uscourts.gov.

Interested offerors must respond on time to solicitation deadlines and clearly show: 1.they can provide services within the catchment area with a facility available for use, 2.such services will be provided by professionals meeting the experience and criteria required, and 3.prices of such treatment shall be as low or lower than those charged to the offeror’s most favoredcustomer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions.
