CYS has confirmed that they can meet the needs of this requirement; therefore, they override any other applicable source and will be the sought after vendor for this requirement. No other commercial vendor can replicate MWR CYS level of integration and mandated oversight on a military installation. The NAICS code for this procurement is 624410, All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of $9.5M The Government requires CYS to provide one (1) Watch Care Coordinator and a scalable team of childcare providers to support religious services and events across Fort Hood. These services are essential for ensuring Soldiers and their families can participate in religious programming, as stated in the PWS, this function cannot be performed by Unit Ministry Teams (UMT), Department of the Army (DA) Civilians, or volunteers.
