## Description

**Project Title:**

**FEMA Region VI VSAB-1 Fan Box Rebuild Description:** The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified Contractors who can rebuild, and balance 25 ceiling mounted fan powered HVAC boxes at the VSAB 1 Building.

**Site Visit Information:** All representatives form industry who are interested in participating in the site visit opportunity are required to submit a completed facilities access form no later than 4:00 PM CST on May 12, 2025. The contractors will gather in the Louisiana Room within the VSAB-1 Building on May 15, 2025 located at 800 North Loop 288, Denton, Texas 76209 at 9:15 AM CST so that they are escorted to the workspace. Vendors will be escorted to the workspace starting at 9:30 AM CST on May 15, 2025, so that they are able to assess the workspace in-person.

**Response Deadline for the Sources Sought Notice:** Contractors who are interested are invited to provide responses to the questions that are expressed in section four of this sources sought notice to Contract Specialist, Barbara Gonzalez via email to barbara.gonzalez@fema.dhs.gov, and to the Region 6 Procurement Branch, via email to R6-Contracts@fema.dhs.gov, no later than 4:00 PM CST on May 22, 2025.
