GPO anticipates award of a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with Firm\u0002Fixed-Price (FFP) Delivery Orders, for commercial items under MMAR Part 12. The IDIQ contract structure is established in accordance with MMAR 16.504, and Delivery Orders will be issued in accordance with MMAR 16.505 and the ordering procedures stated in the RFP. This RFP uses the applicable solicitation, evaluation, and award procedures for a negotiated procurement. The Government intends to conduct this procurement using a best-value tradeoff process in accordance with MMAR 15.101-1, as described in Section M. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and non-price factors considered.
