## Description

This is a full and open competition placed under the authority of FAR 13.5.

The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain bespoke batteries to fit inside the of the Digital Talking Book Machines (DTBMs) that are used by NLS patrons. Proposals are due by 10/19/2026 at 5PM Eastern. Questions are due by: 10/07/2026.
