## Description

Amendment 0002 extends the solicitation deadline to 5/19/2025, amends Sections B and L, and provides Section J attachment J-4 Q&A sheet.

Amendment 0001 clarifies in the document itself the deadlines for questions and proposal submissions.

This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 procedures. The Library will evaluate proposals using the best-value trade-off method. The Moving Image Section of the National Audio Conservation Center (NAVCC) operates a Film Lab that utilizes photochemical processing machines to chemically develop film that serve as preservation copies of films that in time will degrade.

The Film Lab fulfills this through photochemical and digital preservation of motion picture film, videotape, and digital collection items. One of the byproducts of photochemical processing is silver. Silver can be hazardous and as such is captured in the film labs silver recovery system to be harvested and sent for refinement. The film lab requires contractor support to service the plumbing components in the photochemical processing lab at NAVCC.

O?eror questions are due by 04/28/2025 at 12:00 PM EST. Responses to questions will be posted to SAM as an amendment to the solicitation. Responses are due by 05/07/2025 at 12:00 PM EST.
