## Description

12/20 - 030ADV25R0009-0001 The purpose of this Amendment is to 1. Answer questions submitted, and 2. update Section L.4 Submission Instructions. All terms and conditions remain the same. The Library of Congress National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS) is soliciting for proposal to support end user support services for NLS Braille Audio Reading Download (BARD) website, the BARD Mobile app, BARD Express, and Braille eReader.

The contractor shall perform end user support to blind and/or print disabled users of the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS) Braille Audio Reading Download (BARD) website, BARD Mobile apps, BARD Express, and Braille eReader device. If companies are interested, please ready the solicitation and posted attachments and reply in accordance with the solicitation guidance.
