5/12/2025 The purpose of this amendment 0001 is to provide answers to questions submitted, update Section L and M to include Attachment J-3 completion instructions, and Add Attachment J-3 Initial Delivery Order Pricing sheet. All other terms and conditions remain the same..

The Library of Congress Preservation Directorate Preservation Services Division (PSD) intends to purchase large quantities of variously sized blank labels, pre-printed die cut labels for use in inventory and location tracking of Library of Congress’ collections. Kindly review the solicaition attached along with the relevant attachments. Please note a physical sample is required to be submitted in order for your proposal/quote to be compliant and reviewed. Instruction are provided within section L of the soliciation.
