## Description

The purpose of amendment 3 is to provide the government's answers to questions that were submitted by interested offerors. Please see the attached questions and answers sheet and submit quotes by the required due date.

The purpose of amendment 2 is to update specifications as indicated in the amendment 2 attachments, and revise the due date for submittal of quotes. Please refer to the original solicitation document for instructions to offerors and evaluation factors for award.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 030ADV25Q0106 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ) on an unrestricted basis. No set aside is being used and there will be no evaluated preference for different socioeconomic status.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. Refer to the attached solicitation documents for a full list of required items.
