This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 030ADV25Q0038 is issued as a Request For Quotes (RFQ) on an unrestricted basis. No set aside is being used and there will be no evaluated preference for different socioeconomic status.
