## Description

**Amendment 3:** The purpose of this amendment is to answer further questions.

**Amendment 2:** The purpose of this amendment is to slightly modify the requirement to allow NLS to issue orders for both contracted and uncontracted braille graphs. Please see the new amendment attached to this solicitation.

**Amendment 1:** The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions submitted by potential offerors. Please see the new attachments to this solicitation.

This is a FAR 13.5 competition. The contractor shall provide transcription, embossing or microcapsuling, duplication, of printed graphics or digital graphic files, selected by the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, Library of Congress (NLS/BPH), to digital tactile files.
