## Description

The objective of this project is to renew the annual maintenance agreement to ensure uninterrupted support.

**Background:** The Division of Technical Resources (DTR) relies on Tracker Suite software for accurate time-reporting, resource management, and project management. Tracker Time Sheets is an easy-to-use time reporting/tracking mechanism to gain insights on our time utilization, project costs, and process pain points.
