Market research revealed that the circumstances in regard to this requirement have not changed. Kirila Fire is the original manufacturer of the current system and possesses the requisite knowledge and experience of its design and performance characteristics. To ensure the integrity of the training facility, the original equipment manufacturer must perform all modifications according to TO 35E1-2-13-1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811310 and the size standard is $12.5 million. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
