## Description

This is a Request For Information (RFI) for the redesign of IRS notices and letters for issuance to taxpayers following specified standards, including principles of plain language, human centered design, behavioral insights, and Section 508 accessibility. This project is in support of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). See the attached documents for RFI details and isntructions. This notice is open to all vendors (large and small).
