Objective: The objective of this special notice is to provide an opportunity for AFDW to gather information from industry on the capabilities, approaches, and cost structures associated with providing turnkey airshow management services. AFDW is interested in understanding the full spectrum of services available, from initial concept development through post-event analysis. Responses will help shape a potential future acquisition strategy and statement of work. Please see attached notice of airshow management pitch day event being held 14 May 2026 at Joint Base Andrews.
