(SMX), for continued IT Support Services for the operations, maintenance, and Information Technology (IT) engineering activities located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River and remote support to areas outside of Patuxent River. This acquisition is a bridge effort for continued contract support until the competitive follow-on contract is awarded. The period of performance for this bridge effort is anticipated to be 17 February 2025 to 01 November 2025. The primary place of performance is Patuxent River, MD. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract or modification.
