Planned Request for Solutions ACC-RI, on behalf of Project Lead for Joint Services (PL JS), anticipates releasing a competitive OTA initiative request in August 2026. This initiative will solicit Requests for Solutions (RFS) for the construction of a new contaminated waste plant, rehabilitation of a building, and demolition of current buildings at Lake City Army Ammunition Plant (LCAAP) 4. Important Information The installation requires a comprehensive modernization of its decentralized wastewater treatment and decontamination infrastructure, requiring a complete overhaul and consolidation of these hazardous facilities that must be executed while guaranteeing continuous, uninterrupted operations.
