The award will renew the lease with the incumbent contractor, maintaining usage of the modular dormitories. The lease duration will consist of one base year and one additional option year. The lease agreement is projected to begin in June 2026 and will continue until June 2028 or construction completion of the new 400-person dorm, whichever comes first.
