## Description

THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River intends to award a Sole Source contract under the existing contract N0042118C0007 to the Advanced Alliant Solution Team (AAST).

This contract provides full operational support of NMCI deskside support and standardized hardware and software services for both Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Program Management Aviation (PMAs) and Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Groups. This acquisition is a bridge effort for continued contract support until the competitive follow-on contract is awarded.

The period of performance for this bridge effort is anticipated to be 01 May 2025 to 31 October 2025. The primary place of performance is Patuxent River, MD. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract or modification.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
