This requirement will be issued as a sole source solicitation to Academi Training Center, LLC. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 713990; the size standard is $9 million. The PSC is X1JZ. This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services; FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services; and FAR Subpart 16.5, Indefinite-Delivery Contracts in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). The objective of this requirement is to acquire the service of a Contractor who will provide the required ranges which include shooting and demolition. EOD Group TWO requires a low to no impact all inclusive training support solution for the operational EOD team attending. All training ranges must be located within 50 miles of Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek/FT Story, Virginia area.
