The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source. The contract is intended to provide continued Kanban Clinical Area Supply Chain Optimization Services and supply chain efficiency through completion of the BlueBin Kanban system implementation and the proprietary BlueQ Analytics solution at WRNMMC. The requirement includes implementation completion services, BlueBelt support, analytics/technical support, and associated hardware/materials necessary to complete installation and operational capability at WRNMMC. BlueBin Inc. is the only authorized reseller of BlueQ Analytics software used in this implementation. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541614 – Process, Physical Distribution, and Logistics Consulting Services. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS, and no solicitation exists for this requirement.
