## Description

Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division – Northeast (HCD-NE), Falls Church, VA, on behalf of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), 8901 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20889, intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Broughton Pharmaceuticals, LLC, 423 W Montgomery Crossroads, Suite 2024, Savannah, Georgia 31406-3397.

The BPA will be established in accordance with FAR Part 13.303 (Blanket Purchase Agreements) and FAR Part 16.7 (Agreements). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price agreement for commercial items and services for the procurement of specialty pharmaceuticals in various forms, including oral, injectable, and inhalation. The applicable NAICS Code is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,300 employees.

The applicable PSC Code is 6505 – Drugs and Biologicals. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. No solicitation is available at this time. The Government intends to award this requirement on a sole-source basis under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1). All responses received by the closing date will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A decision by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
